I had a wonderful massage during my stay at the Crown Hotel in Stratford upon Avon . It’s a fantastic addition to the hotel’s services and really enhanced my visit.

Catalina was exceptional. She is incredibly skilled at what she does and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her technique was excellent, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

I would highly recommend booking a treatment with Catalina if you’re staying at the hotel. It was a real highlight of my stay.

Totally awesome facial and foot massage. An hour and a half of pure relaxation where I felt a deep sense of peace. I felt that Catalina knew exactly what I needed and was very thorough. I would highly recommend her.

Catalina was fantastic, and as a member what a great perk. Really knowledgeable on the areas of the body, and gave some stretching tips also. Felt very relaxed and great after the deep tissue massage.

I just had an amazing spa ritual with Catalina. Body scrub, massage and facial. 2 hours of absolute bliss. Catalinas warmth is instantly relaxing. Its wonderful to have a treatment by someone who so obviously enjoys their job and wants to ensure clients get the best experience possible.

After some very hectic and difficult months I felt in need of some pampering and that is exactly what I got from Catalina. A fabulous body scrub followed by a full massage and a luxurious facial. Catalina really listened to what I needed. I came out feeling relaxed but also reinvigorated. I cannot recommend Catalina highly enough.
