Wow, just wow. Says it all really.....Catalina is a very professional, engaging caring person who wants you to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. The treatments were so good I drifted off to sleep! Would not hesitate to return. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thankyou Catalina

Whilst staying at the Crowne Plaza I had the pleasure of meeting Catalina who was a wonderful therapist, very attentive, provided excellent feedback after the treatment on where my body was at its tightest. The back massage with the scalp massage is a must. Even if you aren't staying in the hotel and you live in Stratford book a treatment with this wonderful woman you will not regret it.
